You can email an invitation to Ticket Buyers with a live, reusable link to their guest list so they can provide you with the names and emails of their guests as they become known.
Any information submitted will automatically update the guest records on your event site, and trigger a notification to your team of the updates made.
Note: Buyers are only asked to provide names and emails for their guests - as they may not have or may be reluctant to provide additional information (such as cell phone numbers or a meal selection). Once they have provided a guest's email, you can provide the guest with their own link to complete/confirm their information.
To Send Invitation:
1. Select Recipients
While this feature is most useful for Businesses that have purchased a table and/or Sponsors receiving complimentary tickets, it can be sent to any ticket buyer with an unassigned seat remaining in their ticket order.
Use the Advanced Search button to filter your Ticket page to show only table tickets and/or only unassigned tickets.
2. Select Template and Send:
- Select Recipients in first column. Note: The software will only send one invitation per ticketbuyer - so it's okay to select ALL and let the software filter out the duplicates.
- Bulk Actions > Email Selected Users > Send Invitation to Buyers to Provide Guest Names and Emails.
- Confirm to Send.
