You can send an invitation to Ticket Buyers with a personalized link for providing the names and contact information for their guest tickets.
While this feature is most useful for Businesses that have purchased a table and/or Sponsors receiving complimentary tickets, it can be sent to any ticket buyer with an unassigned seat remaining in their ticket order.
To Send Invitation:
1. Select Recipients
2. Select Template and Send:
3. Invitation contains a personal link to provide recipient with access to the guest form for adding or updating their guest's info:
