Where sponsors are promoted is configured at the Sponsor Level. When adding or editing Sponsor levels, any combination of display locations can be specified for each level.
What displays for each sponsor is determined by the Sponsor Details provided in their Donor Record:
- If an image isn't provided, the tile will display the Sponsor's name.
- If a website is provided, the tile/image will link to their website.
- If a bio is provided, it will display when the cursor hovers on the tile/image.
There are also some additional custom text fields and layout options in the Homepage and Receipt site settings.
Note: Essentials subscriptions do not include the Sponsorship Package feature.
To Specify where each Sponsor Level Displays:
Go to: Site Settings > Registration > Sponsorships > Sponsorship Packages > Add/Edit:
Homepage Display
You control when the Sponsor section displays on the homepage at Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Look and Feel > Homepage > Sponsor Section. This allows you to set-up your sponsor options and messaging before sponsorships have been sold and/or you have the information needed to promote the sponsor(s).
The Homepage settings includes space for your custom text - and, if anyone on your team has CSS expertise, an option to create your own custom layout for your sponsors.
Receipt Display
Custom text space for Sponsors is available at Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Receipt Set up

The Sidebar option highlights one sponsor in a randomized, rotating display with images changing each time an action refreshes the page.
The Below Items option is static and displays continuously at the bottom of each page. This layout matches the homepage display, so if you create a custom layout using CSS, it will display here as well.
Mobile Views
On small screens, "real estate" is precious and the ideal balance of form vs function is often in the eye of the beholder. If you value ease of use over the prominent sidebar display, you have the option of disabling it in mobile view.
