After selecting the desired subscription level, you'll land on the Payment page.
Click on the Print Invoice button hidden in the upper right. This will provide an invoice in a new tab. Print two copies, one for your records, and one to mail to us along with your check.
You can then close the tab with the invoice and return to the payment page. Select Check as the payment type then use the Submit Payment button to let us know your check is on it's way.
Once you've submitted payment and reviewed and accepted the terms, you can click to Print an Invoice.
