Archived: New! Improved Item Entry

Check out our new, streamlined form for entering and editing the items in your catalog:

1.  You can now search and select an existing Donor record OR create a new Donor record along with the item you're adding.

2.  You can also choose which of the optional, advanced fields display on your Item form.  Whether or not the fields are displayed on the form, any data migrated or collected previously is retained on the item record and is available for viewing in the Catalog page (via the Customize button) and can be bulk edited if desired.

3.  All tools to override display settings for a particular item now reside in a collapsed Display Options menu.   As always, overrides can be applied individually or via bulk edits.
