Tips for helping us provide the best answers to your question(s):
- Be specific. If you are asking about how to handle a particular item, order, ticket, or user - please include the name or number so that we can investigate.
- When reporting an error message - please copy and paste the text of the error message, or provide a screenshot.
- Submit separate requests for each topic (rather than sending a lengthy list all in one message). You'll get faster responses, and we're less likely to miss one of your questions.
- You can re-open a request at any time by replying again - but please submit a new request for new issues. Re-opened threads often become unwieldy and confusing.
We reply to questions in the order they are received, and do our best to respond within an hour to requests submitted during regular business hours.
