There are several tools available for soliciting donations from your donor list:
- You can now email your pitch to potential donors. The Invitation to Donate provides a link to the online donation form with the donor's information pre-populating the contact information fields.
- Built in Mail Merge allows you to personalize procurement (and thank you) letters with data from donor and item record.
- A Procurement form can be edited as desired and used to record donations received/submitted.
- Contact history and notes can be added to individual donor records and viewed by your entire team to make tracking your procurement progress easier.
