What You Need to Know:
There are several tools available for soliciting donations from your donor list:
- The Invitation to Donate provides a link to the online donation form and pre-populates it with the donor's known contact information.
- Built in Mail Merge allows you to personalize printed procurement (and thank you) letters with data from donor and item records.
- A Procurement form can be edited as desired and used to record donations received/submitted (Admin > Print Materials > Procurement Form).
- Contact history and notes can be added to individual donor records and viewed by your entire team to make tracking your procurement progress easier.
