What You Need to Know
You can specify the data elements you want included on your Bid Sheets and other printed materials at Site Settings > Items > Printing.
You can view (and generate) the full menu of available Print Materials at Admin > Print Materials.
You can also view (and generate) the printed forms for an individual item from the Catalog > item detail screen.
The format of the forms is fixed. Once generated (in PDF), the forms cannot be individually edited without editing the individual item record. Forms have designated spaces for different types of content (Item Name, Description, Restrictions, etc) and the font size in each space adjusts automatically to accommodate the amount of text or line returns within each designated space. Because of the complexity of the existing formatting, no other formatting controls or customization options are available for printed materials.
Any HTML formatting created in the Text Editor boxes on your site is web-specific and will not display on printed materials.
Note: It's a good idea to regularly preview your printed materials as you begin entering items so you can see how your data entry choices display in print.
