The Tickets page displays each guest with a ticket - and two icons for editing:
1. the guest using the ticket, and
2. the ticket order.
To edit information about the guest using the ticket, click on the Edit Guest icon (left). A pop-up window will appear with three options:
Assign a Different User: use this option to assign the ticket to a new person. You can search for and select an existing user record or create a new user if one doesn't already exist.
Edit Current Guest: Any edits made on this screen will overwrite the Existing Guest's user record, so only use it when you want to update their user record.
Make this Ticket Unassigned: use this option to remove the existing user to leave the ticket unassigned.
To edit the ticket itself, or any aspect of the ticket order, click on the Manage This Guests Ticket icon (right) to navigate to the full Ticket Order. Orders provide icons/links for editing every element of the order:
