All items can be removed from a cart/order from the Order page by clicking on the Return link. If the item was awarded via online/mobile bidding, using the link will also allow you to choose what to do with the item once it has been returned:
- award item to next highest bidder
- cancel bid only
- cancel bid and continue bidding
- do not cancel bid and continue bidding
To determine who won or purchased an item:
Click on the Item name in the Catalog Gridview (or escape if viewing item in Catalog Public View). Winner/Buyer details display in lower right, along with links to their cart/order.
To Return Item won via Online/Mobile Bidding:
2. Select the desired action, then Save to process return:
The options provided in the pop-up window vary based on whether the item's online closing time is in the past or future, and if bidding has closed, whether there is another bid which it can be awarded to.
Returns do not automatically issue refunds. Once item(s) have been returned, use the Refund link next to the desired payment to process a credit card refund or record a cash or check refund.
