The payment options available for use depend on where the tickets are purchased AND which payment methods you have chosen to enable for each venue.
Note: Acorn Subscriptions support only credit card or eCheck payments for online transactions, including online ticket sales.
All Payment Options
- Cash
- Check
- Credit Card (Processing through the software via the gateway you have set-up.)
- eCheck
- Custom/Pay Later (You specify the instructions for delivering payment. If payment is not rec'd prior to Gala, purchase remains in buyer's cart for payment at check-out. Not available w/ Acorn Subscription)
- Pay at Event (Placed in buyer's cart for payment at check-out.)
- External (Used to record credit card payments processed outside of the software. Not available w/ Acorn subscription)

Online Ticket Sales
Any combination of:
- Credit Card
- eCheck
- Custom
- Pay at Event
Internal Ticket Sales
All payment options are included in the Payment dropdown menu by default except External. To add the External option, it must be enabled at:
Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Payments/Credit Card > Ticket Payment Options
Check-in
Tickets sold during Check-in are placed in the buyer's cart for payment at check-out. You may collect payment during check-in by using the Click to Pay Now button on the confirmation screen.
The Payment options are the same as specified for the Gala Auction at:
Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Payments/Credit Card > Gala Payment Options
External payments must be enabled at Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Payments/ Credit Card > Custom/External Payments before it will display as an option.
