Once you have turned on the Self Check-In feature and chosen your desired settings, you can select the guests you would like to invite to check in online and send invitations. You can monitor the check in progress from the ticket page and resend invitations as needed.
Note: Self Check-in does not automatically provide access to mobile bidding, but you may include a "Start Bidding" button on the confirmation screen. To direct guests to mobile bidding after advance check-in, go to: Site Settings > Events > Gala Auction > Self Check-in Settings.
To select and invite ticket holders to self check-in:
Go to Tickets > Select Records > Bulk Actions > Email Selected Users > Select Template
To monitor check-in progress on ticket page:
Go to Tickets:
Note: Vaulted cards are tied to a User account - so couples sharing a bidder number may display only one vaulted credit card, but it will be available for all orders created for their bidder number.
