Instructions for generating a report of pledges made and revenue earned by participant.
To View Pledges:
- Go to Admin > View Reports > View Summary Reports > Sales/Revenue > Sales by Venue
- Click on desired Fundraising Campaign to view Pledge details.
Initially, this report will show only the initial pledges made for each participant. The final revenue totals won't display until individual orders have been managed (edited to reflect the "per X" each participant achieved) and payments processed.
- Click on the Customize button to add the custom fields used to collect participant details.
- Click on the Participant Name column header to sort the data by participant.
- Click on the Save as CSV button to export the data to Excel (or other spreadsheet) for more tools.
- In your spreadsheet, add a page break between each participant, then use the auto-sum tool to calculate the totals for each participant.
