You must be an Account Manager to renew or upgrade a subscription. Your organizations Account Managers are shown in the Team List on the Dashboard of any of your event sites. If none of your Account Managers are still active, use the blue help widget to contact support.
To Renew Your Subscription
From the Dashboard, click on the Renew button.
From your account page, click on the Purchase/Renew button in the Payment Section:
Provide Payment Info:
If you need an invoice:
Click on the Print Invoice button in the upper right. This will provide an invoice in a new tab. Print two copies, one for your records, and one to mail to us along with your check.
You can then close the tab with the invoice and return to the payment page.
Select Check as the payment type then use the Submit Payment button to let us know your check is on its way.
