This article applies only to Institutional White-label customers managing sub-accounts for individual chapters, campuses, or affiliates.
White-label Accounts have a custom domain name and sub-accounts allow further customization of event site web addresses:
https://subaccount.customdomain.org/eventname
and additional tools to allow Brand Admins to view, create and manage the sub accounts within their Master Account.
Brand Admin Tools
By default, only the Brand Admin can:
- Access Brand Tools
- Access Billing Information
- Create/View/Manage Sub-Accounts
- Allocate and Create Event Sites
- Migrate (copy) data and settings between event sites on different sub-accounts
If desired, the Brand Admin can provide access to other team members:
- Contact Support if you wish to add another Brand Admin
- Send Invite to become Account Manager on Master Account to provide access to account billing details.
- Send Invite to become Account Manager on Sub-Account to provide access to create/view/manage all event sites on the sub-account
- Send Invite to become Chair on an Event site to provide full access to the event site and ability to invite others to work on the event site
Events
The Events tab shows all upcoming events by default and allows you to search for specific events.
Customers = Sub-Accounts
Customers tab shows all sub-accounts and provides search options (search by name, or simply click Search to Show All)
Reports
Reports can be generated for all event sites - or by sub-account.
Sub-Account Home
Each Sub-Account has a separate account page. Note that the Primary Contact on the sub-account is not given Account Manager Status (access to the account page or the ability to create event sites or migrate data).
Use the Create New Event button here to create an event site associated with this chapter (requires Brand Admin or Account Manager status on this sub account).
Migrating to Sub-Account Event Sites
Brand Admins can click the Show All button to select an event site from the Master Account (or another sub-account) to migrate/copy FROM.
Sub-Account Managers (if any) can only migrate from their own sub-account event sites.
