The SchoolAuction team can help you complete your application - and we have some visibility on the status of your application but we do not have direct access to to your Deluxe account and transactions.
We are providing this help doc on FAQ on managing your Deluxe accounts and reports as a convenience but we are NOT the experts on Deluxe's reporting.

Fraud and Security Settings:
Your Deluxe account uses default security settings that are appropriate for an online merchant - but are likely to cause problems during an in-person fundraising event. Be sure to review and adjust yours using these instructions.
Single High Ticket Limit and Monthly Limits:
Your Deluxe account has specified limits on the amount that can be charged in a single transaction and within a single month.
- If you think your limit is too low for many expected transactions, you can contact Deluxe to request a higher limit (this may involve submitting additional financial records).
- If you expect a handful of higher transactions during your event, contact Deluxe a couple of weeks prior to your event, explain the situation and their loss prevention team will temporarily raise the limits for the payment period of your event.
- If you need to process a payment that exceeds your current limit - you can apply two payments, each under the limit from the orders or gala check-out page - or ask for payment by check (avoiding the $300 processing fee on a $10k order).

Settings and Reporting
Deluxe Payment Processing provides two accounts for managing/viewing your credit card transactions:
Deluxe Payment Platform for account settings and managing current transactions. We've provided illustrated instructions for these common tasks in this help article:
- Enable notifications of individual transactions and deposits made to your bank account.
- Viewing and Adjusting your Security Settings.
- Viewing all SUCCESSFUL transactions.
- Verify whether an individual transaction was successfully processed or not.
- Using the portal for processing a transaction directly through Deluxe Payments rather than the software.
First View provides the easiest and most robust reporting of transaction and deposit history.
Instructions are provided here for these common tasks:
- View the High Single Ticket and Monthly limits on your account.
- Viewing details on all ATTEMPTED transactions (failed and successful).
- Viewing Daily Deposit Detail and the processing fees incurred.
