The Last Ask feature is similar to the "optional tip" model some other platforms use - except that 100% of the "tips" are donated to your organization instead of the software platform.
The Last Ask feature is fully configurable. You can:
- specify the suggested % for tips at each tier and the number of tiers to offer.
- customize the text for each "ask"
- specify whether you want your supporters to opt in - or opt out
- add an easy, one-click button to opt out
- specify which payment forms (if any) display the Last Ask options, and which (if any) display the Offset Processing Fees option.
If the Last Ask feature is not used, the Round Up My Bill option will display by default on the check-out/cart payment forms.

Go to: Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Payment Settings > Last Ask/Fee Offset Settings > Setup Last Ask

Tier Settings: Edit the description and % amount for each suggested donation level. Check the Skip Tier box if you want to offer fewer levels.
Advanced Settings: The Title field displays first and is for your initial pitch. The Default Selection menu allows you to choose the default suggested donation option AND controls whether your supporters must opt in or opt out.
If you select a Tier as the default selection, a donation at that level will be included in their cart - requiring the user to choose another option to edit or remove it from their cart. If they take no action, their amount to pay will reflect a donation at the default tier.
Show All Options - None Selected will display the full menu of options and nothing will be added unless the user makes a selection.

Note: If Processing Fee Offsets are also enabled on your event site, the menu above will show both Last Ask and Processing Fee Offsets, allowing you to choose which option to display on each payment form.
To avoid Last Ask donations <$1, orders/payments of $15 or less will display these amounts:
