Choice of Catalog/Item Views

You can choose a specific view for desktop and mobile displays or you can choose the starting view, then allow vistors to your site to switch views as desired.

Browse by Category

Adds a level of navigation to your catalog to make it easy for your supporters to find the items they're most interested in bidding on.

If this option is enabled, a list of item categories is displayed first.   Clicking on any category will bring the user to the items within the category, with access to additional filters and a search function.

In the item view, breadcrumbs (Categories / One of a Kind /  Items without bids) are provided to allow users to easily verify and adjust their filters.

Clicking on the Categories breadcrumb,  or the Browse button in mobile view, returns the user to the full list of categories.

Additional Tools for Managing Item Categories

• Ability to drop and drag categories into desired order
• Item Counts and links to items assigned to each category
• Ability to Hide categories without any items assigned

Mobile Bidding Tasks section of Auction Night screen provides event night tools:

• Mobile Invite page for managing Invitations to Bid and providing alternate options for access (SMS/Text, QR code, Short code)

Promote and accept online cash donations from the Auction Catalog.  Online/mobile bidders can also initiate recurring donations from the web catalog.

Project live displays of items, online bids and current/awarded online winners.   Thermometer Display is available to project and display progress toward goal for online/mobile paddle raises/special appeals.

Import Ticketed Guests and/or Items (and their Donors) from a spreadsheet

When tickets have already been sold and/or your procurement process is almost complete, a Plus subscription provides quick start import tools so you can avoid having to re-enter your data manually.

Define Sponsorship Levels

Build packages including tickets and/or items at the price levels and in the quantity desired.  Sponsorship packages can be offered along with (or instead of) Online Ticket Sales and/or sold from the Orders page.

Sponsor Recognition

Promote Sponsors by displaying their logos on the homepage, in the catalog and/or on receipts.  Sponsor Images can be uploaded and linked to their websites and/or short bios.
