You can thank your donors and guests (with specific details of their support) via email.
Note: the Thank You email templates are not included in some Legacy subscriptions.
To View/Edit Templates:
Go to: Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Email/Text Messaging > Email Templates > Thank You Templates:
To Create Custom Template:
The above merge tags will display "No Donated Items" or " No Purchases or Cash Donations" if user did not donate/purchase. If you are intent on sending a custom template containing both donor and guest merge tags, be sure to send test emails to users with only purchases or only donations to make sure the placeholder message(s) displays coherently with your text/formatting.
To Send Thank You Templates:
Donor Thank You template can be sent from Donors or Users Pages. If you only want to send to Donors that donated an item: Donors > select Donated an Item from Donors Dropdown Filter
Guest Thank You template can be sent from the Tickets or Users Pages. If you only want to send to Guests that purchased something (incl tickets) and/or made a cash donation: Users > Common Filter = Made Purchase/Cash Donation.
