Links to non-image files can be uploaded to cloud storage from your event site, then you can provide access to them via links (from text or image) in any of the custom text spaces on the public pages of your event site.
Non-image files can be added in any text areas using the HTML Editor. All public pages display an Edit link or icon to Admin/Chair users which provides access to an HTML Editor tool.
Uploaded files must be formatted as .pdf .csv or .xslx

To upload files to cloud storage:
Go to: Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Look & Feel > Custom Images/Files:
To link the file to text:
- Add/Highlight the text you want to link FROM.
- Click on the Link icon in the toolbar.
- Right click to paste the file URL.
- If you want file to open in a new tab, edit Target to "New Window".
- Click OK to save the link.
- Don't forget to Save the changes to your custom text.
To link file to image:
- Add/Highlight the image you want to link FROM.
- Click on the Image icon in the toolbar.
- Right click to paste the file URL.
- If you want file to open in a new tab, edit Target to "New Window".
- Click OK to save the link.
- Don't forget to Save the changes to your custom text.
