This article provides instructions for connecting your livestream feed to your event site.
Planning Your Livestream provides information about your options for producing your livestream.
To Setup your Livestream Feed:
Go to: Auction Night > Virtual Control Panel > Set-up Video
Select the desired Streaming Service from the dropdown:
Follow Instructions provided for the selected streaming service:
Built in Streaming via single webcam:
All that's needed to setup this option is to click on the Save Settings button, then click Broadcast when you're ready to preview/test your camera/mic. A Go Live button allows you to begin broadcasting to the public when you're ready.
Built-in Streaming via external software or service:
The software or service you're using to produce your video feed needs to know where to send it for broadcasting. Copy and Paste the credentials provided into your software/service to direct the video feed to our built in streaming platform. Once connected, all aspects of your video feed are controlled from the software/service (eg launching, mixing etc.)
Youtube, Facebook, Vimeo, Twitch:
To broadcast from one of these public livestream platforms, you'll need to route their livestream to your Virtual Live Auction video player via credentials provided by originating platform.
