This one-hour webinar provides a walk-through of launching and managing the Virtual tools during your event.
We start with a 30 minute overview covering:
- When your event site will be moved to a dedicated server, and final livestream testing
- Typical roles and responsibilities for your event night team
- How your supporters will join your virtual event
- Transitioning from Pre-event to Virtual to Post-event Screens
- Managing your line-up of items, monitoring bidding and awarding to high bidder(s)
- Managing the donation levels during a Paddle Raise/Special Appeal
- The check-out process
Followed by a 30 minute Q&A period - giving priority to questions with the broadest appeal.
