Using Will Call for Online Events

The Will Call feature can be used to distribute items to winners/buyers after an Online Auction or Virtual Event.

Be sure to edit the email template(s) for  Winning Bid notifications and/or Invitation to Self Check-out to provide instructions on how, where and when items will be distributed.

Flagging items as gift certificate and/or physical items for Will Call:

• Use the will call flag on individual items to denote whether the items is a physical item or gift certificate that needs to be picked up/delivered.  Will Call Flags can be added as items are created, and/or edited individually or via bulk edits.
