When entering tickets into the software, your team will have access to all payment options. You can limit the payment options available to online ticket buyers by selecting the desired payment methods as shown below.
To select payment options for public ticket sales:
Go to: Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Payments/Credit Card > Ticket Payment Options
The payment options you select will be available via a dropdown menu on the payment form. Select your preferred payment option as the default method.
To allow an offline payment option, select Custom and provide instructions at Payments/Credit Card > Custom/External Payments.
